DSM was contracted to install shallow mount security bollards on the Turks Street sidewalk. The job grew to include 3,000 square feet of exposed aggregate and broomed-finish sidewalk replacement.
Mozilla Headquarters

To help transform the Gordon Biersch Brewery space into the new Mozilla offices, DSM completed over 1,000 square feet of interior slab infills over metal decking, installed the footing for the new exterior sign and finished the embedded stainless steel logo with a decorative concrete topping.
CPMC Davies Medical Center

This OSHPD job was a major exterior accessibility and path-of-travel retrofit throughout the facility. The bulk of the job consisted of a large concrete switchback ramp with retaining walls and stairs.
San Francisco Gift Center and Jewelry Mart

As part of the gutting and total overhaul of the interior of the building, DSM completed a vast range of concrete elements, including raised slabs over foam fill with retaining walls, slabs over metal decking, shotcrete seismic upgrades to existing concrete walls, and approximately 10,000 square feet of interior topping slabs.
AT&T Park
24 Willie Mays Plaza, San Francisco, CA

DSM was contracted by the San Francisco Giants in 2012 to replace existing brick pavers with fan-purchased personalized bricks. The band of engraved bricks wraps around three sides of the stadium on exterior walkways and plazas. DSM has been involved in several other ballpark upgrades over the years, including the Lexus Batter’s Box seating and the Virgin America Loft. DSM also installed many of the embedded plaques that line the portwalk, including the plaque with Barry Bonds' handprints and signature to honor his 500th homerun.

DSM has had several jobs over the last two years at various locations throughout Google’s Mountain View campus. The work has ranged from utility trench patching, interior topping slabs, trash enclosures, accessibility upgrades, and new exterior walkways.
HP Pavillion

DSM installed two large concrete pads and surrounding removable protective bollards for new Bloomenergy Servers for the arena. These servers are environmentally friendly fuel cell generators which convert fuel into electricity in a clean, combustion-free process.
